Why can't I end the order?

There are various reasons why you can't end the order. The charging pile may be affected by network signal coverage and other factors, resulting in disconnection and network delay issues. Especially when the charging pile is in an underground garage with poor network signals, when you issue an end command on your mobile phone, the pile end may not receive it. In such cases, you can try directly unplugging the charging gun to end the order.
